Marvin Dixon’s LOL Thursday’s
If you ever find yourself inside the Improv in Fort Lauderdale, you already know the amount of fun that’s about to be had when the spotlight comes on. This is South Florida’s go to comedy club when it comes to viewing talented and nationally touring acts.
On Marvin Dixon’s LOL Thursday’s, it’s no different. Since 1994 Marvin Dixon has been working comedy clubs all across the nation. He has appeared on HBO Def Comedy Jam, BET Comic View and most recently “The Tom Joyner Skyy Show”. He now makes Thursday nights at the FTL Improv the place to see comedians from all over the country.
I’ve personally been to some of these shows, and the comedians that appear here should be on the marquee. But only perform on that particular Thursday, surprising the audience! You never know who’s about to pop up on a Thursday night at the Fort Lauderdale Improv.

Mario Ramil and Andy Pita (Part 2)
Have Nots Comedy has a rich history of producing premium comedy shows in Miami. On top of it all, this Friday July 22nd at Stage 305 inside the Magic City Casino, they are featuring some of Miami’s home-grown internet sensations: Mario Ramil and Andy Pita.
Mario Ramil and Andy Pita know how to grab the attention of the Miami crowd and have versatility when it comes to performing live. Exceptional stage presence is second nature to these two. Mario Ramil gained huge notoriety as the Cuban Doctor, and quickly became a Miami staple in local entertainment.

Hannibal Buress at the Hard Rock Live!
What is there to say about one of the top comedy performers in the nation to this day.
Recently, Hannibal has popped up in Miami at locations like Gramps in Wynwood and at Moca Lounge in Biscayne. Aswell as a recent headlining appearance at the South Beach Comedy Festival.
But this Friday, an event is planned to showcase a full performance to the South Florida masses at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood @ 8pm.

Marlon Wayan’s at The Fort Lauderdale Improv
Usually performing alongside his brother Shawn; Marlon Wayan’s is currently on his own “Scandal-less” Comedy Tour.
His solo stand up show will stop by the Fort Lauderdale Improv this weekend.
With credits like: 50 Shades of Black, White Chicks and Scary Movie (when it was good); you can expect Marlon to deliver a spectacular live performance.
