Lounging on the back room on the inaugural Comedy Night at Providores and Publicans, I couldn't help but think how great it is to start working on a weekly Wednesday comedy room. Wednesday has always been that highlighted day of the week that really places the emphasis on why the weekend is taking so long to get here!
Fortunately, our aim is to make weekdays feel like a weekend, with the use of comedy shows. They're like get togethers with splash of partying and conversations. Free drinks to our members AND a live troupe of comedy entertainers. A big thanks to the local comedy scene for coming out AND for a talent like Kyle Grooms for dropping in hanging out.
I was also finally able to try Tino's (the head chefs) cooking. I bought the wings, and man, they really do have a special taste to them. The sauce isn't glazed ON the wings, but artistically smeared on the plate. Bleu Cheese, Sriracha, and some other sauces I couldn't pronounce. I ate that, and it made the wings more memorable. Yes it was a poultry experience.
