Among all the things to do during the Wynwood Artwalk, the Junior & Hatter Artwalk Comedy Show adds to the mix with some live entertainment inside their barbershop and hair salon.
Hosted by local Miami comedian Alex Morizio, the line up is always packed with a roulette of comedians; and best of all its absolutely FREE.
If that isn’t enough, there is an open bar that serves sponsored beverages free of charge as well.
Everytime I hang out in the backroom, there is always a new piece of aesthetic that makes this hair salon and barber shop different from the rest. Here you can see me pictured with a mustachioed sculpture.
The backroom is where the comics hang out waiting for their time on stage. Here Esther Kuu and Eric Dasilva share a duet.
The Wynwood radio station is also located in the Backroom of Junior & Hattar. Every once in a while Comedian Will Lopez does a flash interview with the performers and features it on his radio segment.
For the grand finale show in June, Miami based comedy club The Comedy Inn brought heavy hitter comedian Big Jay Oakerson to stop by and share some adult laughs to the audience. What an incredible evening!
