Donnel Rawlings

Oddball Comedy Fest West Palm Beach

Donnell Rawlings is an overnight success a decade in the making. You’ve seen him on Comedy Central’s award winning and critically celebrated Chappelle’s Show as ‘Ashy Larry’, the 70’s jheri curled ‘Beautiful’, and numerous other characters he’s played. Donnell is the franchise player Dave Chappelle and Neal Brennan wanted as a writer and prime time player on their team. Since Dave Chappelle had business to take care of in Africa, Donnell was asked to step into the huge shoes Dave left behind, and host the Lost Episodes. “Hilarious” is what Linda Stasi of The New York Post calls Donnell’s performance as host.

Jay Pharoah

Oddball Comedy Fest West Palm Beach

Jay Pharoah, is an American actor, stand-up comedian and impressionist. He joined the cast of NBC’s Saturday Night Live in 2010, for its thirty-sixth season.Jay began imitating cartoon characters and faculty in junior high school. Some people thought Jay just wanted to annoy his teachers or to be known as the “class clown.” But as the impressions became stronger, the list of those imitated got longer, and true talent began to shine through.

Because of his gift, Jay was able to grace the stages of Tidewater area comedy venues at just 15 years old. Since then, he’s wowed audiences all over the World. He also garnered the attention of Def Comedy Jam’s Talent VP, Bob Sumner, who likened him to a young Chris Tucker. But most compare him to a young Eddie Murphy—especially Charlie Murphy, who called Jay his “protégé” on New York’s top hip-hop station, Hot 97, during an interview.

Jeff Ross

Oddball Comedy Fest West Palm Beach

Jeff Ross. The Roastmaster General. A One Man Verbal Assault Unit. Pizza Enthusiast.

Jeff Ross is known to the world as the modern day Don Rickles. The King of roasting. Let’s face it, if there’s a roast and he’s not there, it’s not a real roast. Growing up in Newark, NJ he took the greatest weapon he had to fight his way out of there. His Mouth.

Since then Jeff has roasted anyone who would accept the challenge. From Criminals, to Soldiers, to Politicians, and Pop Icons.

He has no limits, even roasting criminals inside the walls of a maximum security county jail in Texas (check out Jeff Ross Roasts Criminals). Sure some comedians perform in jails, but no other comedian would have it in their right mind to immerse themselves inside a jail for three days, and then invite those same incarcerated people on stage with him to get roasted face-to-face. If he thought criminals were tough, Jeff even roasted Justin Bieber as part of the record breaking Comedy Central Roast, which Jeff also produced.

Roasting is ingrained in Jeff’s life, and he helped bring The Friar’s Club Roasts to Comedy Central in 1998, with The Roast of Drew Carey. Since then they have roasted Donald Trump, Pamela Anderson, James Franco, Joan Rivers, Hugh Hefner, Charlie Sheen, and many more. It seems impossible to have one of these roasts without The Roastmaster himself on the dais.
