A Review: Brickell Comedy Festival 2015

The inaugural Brickell Comedy Festival had over 30 comedians competing for the $500 cash prize. Which on November 18th, 2015 proved to be one of the most successful comedy events in the city of Miami!

Located inside the Four Ambassadors Hotel, there is a hidden comedy theater gem named The Flamingo Theater Bar. Inside the venue, there is beautiful decor and a massive stage space. When you walk in you wouldn’t believe you’ve never heard of it!

The Non-profit organization, Comic Cure has recently been developed by Benjamin Leis, whose brother Richy Leis has been a comedian for years. This event, featured some of the best comedians performing locally and in the Northern Florida Region.

Portion of the proceeds was to benefit the Habitat For Humanity organization. The success of the event raised $2,000 in one night!
